Cancellation Policy (Terms and Conditions)

Customer cancellation request 

1: Booking may be cancelled by customer at any time, and without additional fees, up to 10 open working days prior to the session, by using our Moodle booking system cancelation feature.

2 : Between 5 and 10 working days prior to the session, 50% off of the session price will be due to DiDaXo.
Attendees may join similar forthcoming session with and additional fee of 60 % to be paid, when a new one  session will be confirmed. Service provider is only obligated to provide best effort in scheduling new course.

3 : Under 5 working days, the full session price will be due to DiDaXo.
Attendees may join similar forthcoming session with and additional fee of 15 % to be paid, when a new one  session will be confirmed. Service provider is only obligated to provide best effort in scheduling new course.

Service provider cancellation

DiDaXo may have to cancel a session ? In which case an email will be send at least 10 working days prior to the session. News dates will be offered to customer, as soon as possible, for similar forthcoming session.
